Each provider has there own price list so the cost will vary slightly depending on your local provider. To get the price list, the first step is to enter your location and select a provider. You will then see the price list.
Pickup and delivery is free. The minimum order charge is set by the service provider (although it is not always applicable).

The turnaround time on all orders is 48 hours.
For home collections, you don’t have to do anything – just have your items ready for collection (any bag will do) and be ready when the dry cleaner arrives at your chosen time slot.
If you have placed your order in the office, you must leave your items at the drop off point for collection. If you are unsure of where your drop off point is, contact us or start a chat. For office pickups, you must write out your order reference number (ORD-12345) and leave it with your items. You can write the order ref number on a sticker, post it or piece of paper or print out the order confirmation screen.
We recommend that you contact the dry cleaner directly. You can do this by going to My Account > My Service Provider > Contact Provider Directly. You can also let us know and we can contact the service provider for you. But don’t panic – sometimes garments get held up for re-cleaning and/or re-pressing if they didn’t pass the Quality Assurance check at the end of the processing line. This is the likely reason for the delay.
